I created this oversize cardigan because I fluctuate between too hot and too cold and I wanted something that was easy to throw over me when I’m cold but easy to take off when I am too hot… Hence the Wrapdigan was born. I didn’t ever expect to write it down as a pattern, but a friend begged me to, and then promptly made it, and since then I have had so many people ask me either to make them one or to write the pattern, so here it is.
It’s been tech edited, but not test knitted, although it’s so simple it shouldn’t need it. Pattern is available here for £2, or available as a kit – with a massive 20% off the RRP on the yarn.
It is “one-size” but can easily be adjusted. The size is 100cm wide by 90cm tall, and uses 14 balls. Sleeves are optional. and use roughly 1 ball.
