Another stunning yet simple pattern – Spectra by WestKnits aka Stephen West, this uses 2 contrasting skeins of yarn. I have made several and I am actually making one at the moment and rather than stick to one colour for the outside I have swapped half way – this means that I will get a much longer scarf and use all my yarn (see image – the pattern uses 100g of the main colour and only 50g of the contrast) You can use any 2 4ply yarns but I have put together a few combinations for you in a variety of 4ply bases.
Comes with printed pattern. Needles are optional and can be purchased here You will need 3.75mm needles for working flat (I tend to only stock ICs and fixed circulars).
(Please note that this pattern is not available to buy on it’s own, and can only be purchased as part of a kit).
